Those of us with School age kids have just a single week to get out there and enjoy the slopes.
This is during the Krokusvakantie.
Val Thorens is super child friendly with tonnes to do for all ages. The apartment building is on the piste with free access to a sauna.
Six glorious days skiing and boarding - who can say no.
Val Thorens for a few reasons.
■ Very child friendly
■ THE highest resort in the French Alps sits at 2300m and has guarenteed snow.
■ There are tonnes of slopes catering for complete beginers to super advanced.
■ It's possible to ski/board to and from your chalet.
■ It's simply awesome
■ There's sauna in the building - free to use.
Estimated costs are:
Approx 550 euro for Accom incl 6 day Lift pass.
Approx 150 euro for transport.
Transport will depend on the number we get. We'll either rent a mini bus (or 2) like last year or take the bus. We can decide that later. Of course train tkts are available on the Thalys from Amsterdam CS. I'm going to start sorting the accomodation SOON, this is a very busy week so apartments go quickly and prices escalate.
If you do want to go or have any questions then mail me (firstname.lastname@example.org
Don't delay - the longer you wait the more expensive it becomes, and at some point I WILL STOP ORGANISING.
