Profile Information

Climbing grade (indoors)
Have you ever climbed outside?
Yes many times
To avoid granting access to spammers, tell me a little about your climbing history.
In 2011 I started indoors and gradually moving at an outdoors direction :) I have experience mainly indoors : topropes (did my first 7b+ last year), leadclimbing (in the 6s grade), and boludering (up to 6c).

Outdoors - 6c toprope/lead, 5c(Font) bouldering.

I have also done a lot of trekking/scrambling over the last decade, including snowshoeing - always happy to do more :)
How did you hear about the Amsterdam Climbers?

Welcome to our network,

I hope you find the time to look around our site, we've been up and running since 2009.

In particular check out the FAQ

You can also find us on FaceBook, YouTube, Vimeo and Twitter.

The heart of our network are the Events - we often have quite a few each week. The events are very informal, just RSVP and turn up - it's a great way to meet other climbers. Of course you're free to post your own events and you don't need a partner to join in.

We have a Gear section, as an Amber member you are entitled to a 15% discount at the Mountain Network Amsterdam. You can see their products in the Gear Portal.

As you can see we have been on a fair few Trips - read all about them in Trip-Logs section.

There are also 100's of photo's and regular discussions in the forums.

Recently we have added specialised Groups which you can find under the "About Us" tag. If you practice or are just interested in the group you should join so as to be kept in the loop on those subjects. If there are groups you would like to see then just let me know.

For more information, I've created a read-me explaining a little more how the network operates.

Feel free to ask if you have any queries/doubts and I hope to see you at an event someday,

The Amsterdam Climbers network.
