To everyone that is interested in becomming a better climber we offer you our training session.

The new period is starting in week 15 from april 12th-16th till week 28, july 12-16.

So 13 weeks on a row building strenght endurance and better your tech.

monday 5a-5c, 1830-2030 or 2030 tot 2230 uur,

tuesday 6a-b, 1930 tot 2200 uur,

wednesday 6a-6c, 2000 tot 2200 uur,

thursday 5b-6b, 2000 tot 2200 uur,

friday 5a-c, 2000 tot 2200 uur.
